- Metal art items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
2. Initiation of Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ksdesignelements.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Please clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as each piece of art is custom made just for you.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
