    Where is your metal art made?
    Our products are made in Michigan.

    What kind of metal will my artwork be made out of?
    Our products are primarily made out of 16-gauge steel.

    Can I mount my metal art outdoors?
    We powder coat all of our products, unless otherwise noted. Our metal art is rated for indoor and outdoor use.

    How do I display my metal art?
    Each product will vary in means of display. Some options include: mounting holes, stud mounting, magnets, hooks, etc.

    What are the measurements of your metal art?
    Each piece has the dimensions within the product details on the product page.

    Do you personalize artwork?
    Yes. Some of our products will offer an option on the product page where you can add personalized touches, like name, address, etc. Contact us at info@ksdesignelements.com for more additional information.

    Do you ever run promos or offer discounts?
    Yes. The best way to stay informed is to sign up to our email list, and follow us on social media. 

    How do I make changes to an existing order?
    Contact us at info@ksdesignelements.com . If your order is already in production, we will need to assess the change you’re requesting. If your revision requires us to reproduce your artwork, that will most likely extend the manufacturing time. Requested changes could come to an additional cost.

    Do you accept returns?
    We accept returns within the first 30 days after your purchase. We do not accept returns on orders that are more than 30 days after the purchase. If you wish to return your order because you’re not happy with it, the shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    What if my order arrives damaged?
    Unfortunately, shipping damage happens occasionally. If your purchase arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage. Send your order number, photos, and a description to info@ksdesignelements.com.

    What happens if my order does not get delivered?
    We can assist to track and locate packages, but most matters can be resolved quickly with the carrier. If a package is 4 or more business days late and your local carrier's office has failed to give a current location or updated delivery estimate, we will re-ship your package. If/when a second package arrives, please refuse delivery and return to sender.
