At K&S Design Elements, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your metal art purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return your metal art, please review the following return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Metal art items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
2. Initiation of Return:
- Please clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges and restocking fee of 25%.
5. Exclusions:
- Customized or personalized metal art pieces are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
